The Corporate Services Team undertakes the completion of the legal procedures associated with the establishment of joint stock companies, partnerships, wholly-owned foreign subsidiaries, foreign representative and branch offices. It also deals with handling the registration of company stocks and shares at the Egyptian Capital Market Authority.

We advise client companies on the technical, legal, legislative and administrative procedures relative to the merger or acquisition of a business enterprise. The Corporate Services team have successfully  completed many deals by performing the required due diligence review and share valuation, and advising on the optimum timing of the acquisition by analysing inherent economic and political conditions, the evaluation of material tax risks, and the assessment of the benefits of completing the deal. In certain circumstances we are required to liaise with the Capital Market Authority and to conclude the deal.

Our accounting specialists prepare the monthly financial reports, quarterly financial statements and the annual financial accounts for international and national companies alike.
